Our brand started out as a passion project by our founder, a mindfulness teacher with years of experience developing approaches to life that embody these principles.

We are a proudly West Asian company and our roots are in the ancient lands of the region. Mindfulness and meditation has garnered a resurgence in recent year, mainly in the East Asian traditions.
